Our owner Gerry Calabrese has put together an impressive AWARD WINNING bar team. The idea being to deliver some of the best drinks in the capital for accessible price range. The team have used organic, British produce throughout the 30 strong, original cocktail menu – which is Cajun inspired.
Flavour profile is given prominence, with every one of the 300+ spirits hand selected. A seasonal emphasis allows a regularly changing menu, and all syrups, compotes and purees are freshly made on-site. Calabrese has also introduced an extensive, and ongoing, training program for their staff, which means that the bartenders at The Hoxton Pony are among the very best in the business.
Attention to detail extends way beyond the cocktail menu; with a carefully selected wine menu from around the World and an extensive Champagne list as well a wide range of premium bottle serves.

With a sign up membership of over 1500, The Rebel Dining Society is becoming one of London's most talked about underground dining events.
The Rebel Dining Society has work on collaborative projects and events with creative agencies and brands including Umbro, Pernod Absinthe, Land Of Kings Festival, and Exposure PR and has launched its first concept food outlet at the The Hoxton Pony one of Shoreditch's most popular nightspots under the brand name "a taste a'part".
This collaboration will see the introduction of an exciting French Creole fusion lunch and evening bar menu, along side a revamped cocktail list specially designed by The Hoxton Pony's award winning mixologists to compliment the food with new concepts and menu ideas in future.
The venue has been designed by architect Yanik Allard, who studied at École Camondo in Paris. Before setting up his own practice, he was creative manager for Polo Ralph Lauren UK.
His design for The Hoxton Pony balances a sleek, minimalist feel with an unpretentious warmth and homeliness, allied to eccentric touches; smoked mirrors sit alongside stainless steel and high-gloss lacquer surfaces, while the seating comprises a mix of banquettes and high tables.
The Hoxton Pony is the ideal East End hot spot and acts as a unique setting for any event from fashion shows to client functions.
Run by an event management team with a wealth of experience in the industry, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards possible in our level of service and attention to detail and we will happily source all the necessary elements of your event whether that is music, caterers or others sources of entertainment.

Classes showcase the art of making the perfet cocktail, the history, evolution, the process, the tips and tricks. You will learn hands on from award winning mixoligist Mickael Perron how to make the best cocktails in towm.
Mickael Perron loves the bar industry. He spent the last 10 years travelling and working around the world to experience different cultures and styles of bars. Mickael has worked at numerous venues including Milk & Honey, Sketch, The Sanderson Hotel, The Hoxton Pony and of course TGI Fridays. He was also the brand ambassador for Marie Brizzard and Angostura. He has received many awards such as the UK Bartender Guild Classic Cocktails Champion, The worshipable company of destillers award for achieving the highest marks in the wine & spirit educational trusts exams. Mickael also became the International Bartenders' Association (IBA) World Champion for non-alcoholic drinks. Despite all these achievements he loves nothing more than ensuring his guests and friends have a great drink in front of them whether it be a cocktail or a glass of water.
Our Tea Parties feature cocktails from the World's first only self-cooling infusion jars; invented by our owner Gerry Calabrese and designed by Pony architect Yanik Allard served into bespoke, hand crafted tea cups. All the jars are filled with cocktails created by our award winning team and made like our entire menu with the finest seasonal ingredients.
